A tiny article, buried on Page 9A of today’s USA Today, caught my eye.  Apparently, government officials in Somalia agreed to peace talks with the Islami-fascist militia terrorist group that has long terrorized the country and region.  Evidently, the United Nations caved in to what the wire report characterized as “pressure from the international community” …
